Public passenger elevators are provided for the use of wheelchairs, baby carriages,strollers and other similar devices. Passenger elevators or escalators are not to be used for transporting equipment

- YELLOW Escalator – located near the BTS entrance and adjacent to the press center for journalists
- GREEN Escalator – nearby the Bhiraj Tower Bangna building and adjacent to EH 98-99
- RED Escalator – nearby hall EH 100
- PURPLE Escalator – nearby BITEC’s main front counter desk
- ORANGE Escalator – nearby the exit no.3 of BITEC
