KARAKURI-KAIZEN × TPM LEARNING FIELD in THAILAND is an industrial learning exhibition focusing on production process improvement through the Japanese concept of Karakuri Kaizen. This approach emphasizes simple mechanical systems, low investment, no electrical control, and workplace safety.
The event features real Kaizen works from leading companies in Thailand, along with seminar sessions presenting case studies on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Digital Transformation (DX). Organized as a “Learning Field,” the exhibition provides practical knowledge that participants can apply directly to their organizations.
