BITEC launches the latest “Disinfectant Cleaning Service” equipped with Wiping  and Fogging solutions for the exhibitor in order to ensure the confidence for both of exhibitor and visitor that visit events at BITEC. 

During the COVID-19 crisis, such situation affects global economic conditions resulting in the changing lifestyle of the trade show, exhibition at BITEC. Therefore, everyone has changed behavior from the past to new normal style and strictly abides by local regulations.

BITEC still pays attention to the safety of exhibitors and visitors as the first priority. So we provide customers with disinfectant cleaning services as one of your alternatives to all exhibitors. Moreover, we have disinfectant cleaning kits that are available in line with the government’s policy on the New Normal model.

We have professional housekeeping team having an expertise in cleaning services for the exhibition booth. The disinfectant product from ECOLAB composed of the main ingredient with 22 Multi-Quat Sanitizer, which has similar antiviral efficacy as the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2 *). This solution is able to disinfect the quartz type on general surfaces, cooking surfaces and general housework, table surfaces, various utensils, tile surfaces, wall surfaces and chrome surfaces, etc.

When the housekeeping has finished cleaning, they will give a sticker to certify that “Your area or booth has been cleaned and sanitized By Ecolab products ”, so the exhibitor can be assured that BITEC is ready to take care of all customers with a new normal service.

STANDARD RATE

Process and method of disinfectant cleaning service.

1. Housekeeping team prepares equipment and tools for Disinfectant wiping and fogging service. They generally sterilize your booth before the event starts. Approximate time is 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM.

2. Exhibitor should store electrical appliances or cover electronic devices or documents that may be damaged by fluidity.

3. Housekeeping team sprays disinfectant aerosol with Ecolab 22 Multi-Quat Sanitizer. The aerosol gets dry by itself with only one wiping. 

4. After the sterilization is complete, the exhibitor should avoid for the antiseptic area to work and the disinfected area should be closed for at least 1 hour for maximum effectiveness before opening the area for normal use.

2. Ordering cleaning services on move-in date or show day (Onsite Order) 
– Disinfectant Cleaning Service with wiping : Please order at least 1 hour before service time. Housekeeping service will be available immediately. 
– Disinfectant Cleaning Service with fogging: Please order at least 1 day in advance, Housekeeping will be service on the next day.
