BITEC offers paid parking facilities for approximately 4,918 cars including 3,713 indoor and 1,205 outdoor parking spaces.

Bus Parking

BITEC has capacity for up to 34 coaches in the outdoor coach terminal located near the main entrance.

Additional Parking

For large scale events, additional parking can also be arranged at nearby locations with a shuttle bus service to assist transportation to and from the venue.

Welcome Hall

The Welcome Hall is 1,737 sq. m. which can be configured to host a variety of events such as a reception, exhibition, press conference or product launch.


This open and spacious area can be transformed in any style or décor to reflect the atmosphere of your event.  Your valued guests will be inspired as soon as they step into the venue.

VIP Rooms

Stylishly appointed VIP Rooms are available onsite to entertain valued guests and distinguished visitors in style and comfort. The main VIP Suite contains two holding rooms and is situated on the mezzanine above Fahrenheit Restaurant.

Business Centre

World class, Multi-Purpose Facilities at BITEC - Business Centre & Living Room

BITEC Business Centre is conveniently located at the main lobby, just off the concourse in front of Event Hall 103.  The centre provides all business facilities including telephone, internet, facsimile and photocopy services.  Meeting rooms, secretariat services and a “Lost & Found” service are also available on request.

Adjacent to the business centre is The Living Room, which is an open and relaxed space where people can enjoy a quiet moment to catch up with work or read a magazine.

Organiser Room

Manage your events conveniently and efficiently with our dedicated organisers’ facilities which are located in front of Event Halls 101 – 106.  Registration counters are also available at Event Halls 101 – 104 to facilitate a hassle-free registration process with your visitors.

Press Centre

World class, Multi-Purpose Facilities at BITEC – Fully Equipped Press Centre

A fully equipped Press Centre is located near the main lobby and at the concourse of EH 98. It is equipped with all necessary communication tools, such as computers with Internet connection, telephone lines and facsimile machines. Only members of the accredited press with identification badges are permitted into the area. 

Kids’ Zone

Located on level B2, Kids’ Zone is a special space for children up to 14 years of age, and is monitored by a professional team of attendants. Children under the age of 3 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Prayer Room

A prayer room is located in the lower basement level to support visitors of Muslim faith who need to maintain their daily practice.  Access the prayer room via the escalators leading down from the main lobby.

Loading Docks

BITEC offers excellent loading facilities to facilitate smooth and efficient delivery and pick-up of freight, equipment and materials needed for the variety of large-scale events held at the centre. All 68 loading bays are equipped with loaded dock levellers and are assigned to each event according to the space used. 

Bonded Warehouse Facilities

Authorised by the Customs Department of Thailand, BITEC’s bonded warehouse facility supports the temporary storage of imported goods for the convenience of organisers and exhibitors to help expedite the process of importing and exporting goods.

Sustainable Event Facilities

1)    Food & Beverage

Supporting our belief in sustainable growth for a better community, BITEC works with a network of local suppliers and producers who share the same vision. BITEC’s food and beverage products are sourced locally to reduce the carbon footprint associated with transporting imported products.  We also work with organic farmers and support their industry by providing space for a farmers’ market during certain event periods.

Although every effort is made to minimise waste from food products, any excess food that is prepared, but not consumed during an event is given to the nearby Child Detention Centre.  Some inconsumable waste is used by our landscape team as compost in our green house and plant nursery.

2)    Energy Management

BITEC is committed to maintaining systems and standards that promote energy efficiency. We also encourage our staff to engage in energy saving practices at home, not just at work so that this becomes part of their everyday practice.

At the venue, energy consumption is controlled with appropriate use of energy efficient fixtures and circuits and LED lights have been installed throughout the venue.  Lights and air conditioning systems are regularly maintained to ensure that they are working efficiently.  Use of lights and electrical appliances are controlled and localised depending on the number of visitors and number of event halls in use.  Escalators and travellators are installed with motion sensors to save energy when not in use. 

3)    Waste and Wastewater Management

Recycle bins are in place throughout the venue to facilitate the easy separation of paper, plastics and general waste products.  Products that can be reused are kept for future purpose. 

BITEC has also invested in a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant where wastewater is separated from hazardous or toxic elements before being released into the drainage system.  Excess sludge is re-used as soil compost for our plants and lawns.

4)    Environmentally Friendly Materials

BITEC makes every effort to use environmentally friendly materials.  During construction, particular attention was given to selecting sustainable insulation and building materials.  The use of foam products, which are commonly used for signage, are no longer accepted at BITEC. 

5)    Flora and Fauna

BITEC maintains a private green house and plant nursery which supplies the plants and flowers that are used at BITEC.  Wherever possible, plants and flowers that are used for events are replanted and reused for future events.  This helps to prolong the life of the plants and reduce the amount of waste.
