Role & Responsibilities :

What we are looking for in Director of Food & Beverage are broken down into

1) Strategy:

  • Able to develop F&B strategies and capable to implement these strategies flawlessly through multi-tier subordinates.
  • Determine the business direction to ensure sustainable growth, drive effective initiatives to reach business goal.

2) Operational Management:

  • Able to understand and utilize all management tools with the department team to achieve all budgetary, quality control, service standards and financial goals in F&B Division.
  • Experienced in controlling operations and service quality of various styles, types and sizes of banquet functions.

3) Leadership Role:

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • The Director of Engineering is responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the engineering department. Recommends the departmental budget and capital expenditures and manages expenses within approved budget guidelines.

  • Manage the operations of the Engineering division to ensure superior customer services and product quality

  • Conduct walk-through and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the building/property, all mechanical, electrical, BAS systems and any other related equipment

  • Verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, event halls, outlets, back of the house spaces and grounds. Verify completion of all repairs, replacement, renovation projects to offices and employee work areas.

  • Adhere to all corporate required purchasing policies and controls, including, but not limited to, all outside contractor bids, budgets and schedules, as well as stay within budget guidelines

  • Follow prescribed safety procedures and emergency plans for personnel and equipment by the company and according to local laws and regulations.

  • Maintain effective energy management and preventative maintenance programs and conduct specific training for other operating departments on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy in the BITEC

  • Develop, recommend, implement and manage the Engineering division's annual and long term goals

  • Is an integral part of the business team, attends all scheduled meetings and contributes actively with proper preparation

  • Effectively communicates to BITEC cast members

  • Conducts a daily briefing with department team members on current key activities

The Engineering Manager is responsible for maintaining the entire BITEC facility, including the physical building structure, engineering services to customer, all mechanical, electrical and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs in accordance with local codes and regulations to protect the assets, organizer, visitors and employees. In addition, is responsible for the overall technical of engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing construction contractors, project plans and site preparation, solving construction issues and ensuring that construction is completed on time and to the quality level and plans required
  • Preparing value engineering estimates
  • Preparing control checks to highlight changes to presentation
  • Analyzing contractor quotation changes.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with negotiations & settlements relating to amendments to quotations and review
