Qualifications;

  • Male or Female and Thai National only

  • Can work irregular shifts

  • Open mind and contributions to our existing team will be prafered

  • Minimum 3 years certified experience in the local international hotel industry or large international restaurant or catering kitchen, in similar position

  • Able to prepare Asian and Western Cusine for large banqueting and a la cate

  • English menu writting and understanding is required

   
   
  F&B Outlet Service Staff (Waiter/Server)
   

Qualifications;

  • Male or Female and Thai National only

  • Can work irregular shift

  • Open mind and contribution to our existing team will be prefered

  • Preferably 2 years certified experience in the local F&B Industry as Waiter/Server in a large hotel or restaurant 

   
   
  F&B Banquet - Service Staff (Waiter / Server)
   

Qualifications;

Qualifications;

  • Required to work irregular shifts

  • Min 5 years certified stewarding position within the local hotel industry, with experience managing large F&B Banquet

  • Basic Computer skill in word, excel and powerpoint are required

Qualifications;

  • Preferably 5 years in similar position certified, within the local hotel industry, with experience managing large F&B Banquet and simoltaniously several F&B Outlet

  • Sound knowledge of all Stewarding functions including kitchen equipments and hygiene

  • Able to function under time constraint and attention to every single detail of services

  • Fluent English skills both in writing and orally are required

  • Critical competencies : supervisory skills, resource management, planning, problem solving, quality focus, hygiene awareness

  • Computer skill in word, excel and powerpoint are a must

   
   
  F&B Sous Chef
   

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female and Thai National only
  • Can work irregular shift
  • Open mind and contributionto our existing team will be prefered
  • Minimum Certified Cook Diploma is required
  • Min 5 years experience in the local international hotel industry or large international restaurant in similar or Chef de Partie position
  • Able to prepare Asian and Western Cussine for large banqueting and a la carte
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • High sense of quality control, hygiene, and cost consciousness
  • Able to be an effective co-ordinator between expatriate Executive Chef and Thai subordinates
  • Critical competencies: customer-oriented, co-ordination & communication, resource management, problem solving
  • English Menu writing and understanding is required
  • Computer skills in word, excel and powerpoint required
   
   
  F&B Banquet - Shift Leader (Captain Banqueting)
   

Qualifications :

  • Male/Female, age 20 - 35
  • Thai national only
  • Can work irregular shifts
  • Open mind and contribution to our existing team will be prefered
  • Preferably 5 years certified experience in the local F&B Industry as Waiter/Server in hotel banqueting, MICE Business, a large restaurant ot recogniozed catering organization
  • Basic English and computer skills required
   
   
  F&B Outlet Department Manager (F&B Manager Restaurant)
   

Qualifications :

  • Male or female and Thai national only
  • Can work irregular shifts
  • Open mind and contribution to our existing team will be prefered
  • Preferably 10 years certified experience in the F&B Industry abroad or locally, working for at least 5 years as Restaurant Manager in a recognized, 5 star hotel, or a large restaurant of international standard
  • Fluent English skills both in writing and orally are required
  • Computer skills in word, excel and powerpoint are a must
   
   
  F&B Executive Steward
   

Qualifications :

  • Male or female and Thai nationals only
  • Can work irregular shifts

  • Preferably 5 years certified Shift Leader position within the local hotel industry, with experience managing large F&B Banquets and simoltaniously several F&B outlet
  • Basic English skills both in writing and orally are required

  F&B Outlet Shift Leader (Captain Restaurant)
   

Qualifications :

  • Male or Female and Thai National only

  • Preferably 5 years certified experience in the local F&B industry as Waiter / Server in hotel banqueting, Mice Business, a large restaurant or recogniozed catering organization

  Director of Food & Beverage
   

Role & Responsibilities :

What we are looking for in Director of Food & Beverage are broken down into

1) Strategy:

  • Able to develop F&B strategies and capable to implement these strategies flawlessly through multi-tier subordinates.
  • Determine the business direction to ensure sustainable growth, drive effective initiatives to reach business goal.

2) Operational Management:

  • Able to understand and utilize all management tools with the department team to achieve all budgetary, quality control, service standards and financial goals in F&B Division.
  • Experienced in controlling operations and service quality of various styles, types and sizes of banquet functions.

3) Leadership Role:

  • Natural flair to anticipate problems and handle them appropriately.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership with high tact and ethics.

4) Management:

  • Develop F&B staff to deliver utmost productivity and to achieve objectives within timeline and set budget.
  • Collaborate with all levels to achieve the ultimate goal.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external people to ensure the systematic management, efficiency and corporate objectives achievements.

 Qualification:

  • Any nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in culinary management.
  • At least 8-10 year’s F&B experience with proven ability to handle sizable food services function for both local and international events.
  • Good command of English (verbal: Thai will help to communicate with most of the staff).
  • MS Office skill
